Notes:
Over carbonated IMO. Reduced carbonation and was happier with the result. It has almost zero pumpkin flavor. Coffee upfront with chocolate notes. Banana aromas. Lactose is a big flavor helper.
Next time will add gypsum to try to obtain a smoother mouth feel.
