Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains for 60 minutes at 154 degrees.
2.
If using fresh pumpkin, cut into quarters, seed and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Scoop pumpkin from skin. Add baked pumpkin or canned pumpkin to mash.

5 lb Pumpkin (60 minutes) .5 oz Ginger Root (12 minutes) 2 ea Clove (12 minutes) 1 ea Cinnamon Stick (12 minutes)
