Special Instructions

1.
Heat 3 liters of water to 74 degrees celcius.
2.
Add the fermentables into a BIAB. Make sure the temperature stabilizes at 67 degrees. Hold this temperature for 60 min.
3.
Add 1 liters of boiling water to the mash to raise the temperature to 77 degrees. Hold this for 10 min.
4.
Heat 4 liters of sparging water to 78 degrees. Sparge the BIAB until you got 9,5 liters of vort
5.
Bring to boil and start adding the hops according to hop schedule
6.
After boil, chill the vort fast and add to carboy.
7.
Add 2 grams of yeast and shake the carboy for about 5 min.
8.
After 5 days of fermenting, add the dry hop
9.
After 14 days make the suger priming solution. 1dl vatten 1/3 dl sugar. Boil and then let it cool.
10.
Add your beer to the priming solution and then bottle.
11.
Keep the bottles in a dark space (17-23C) for 2-3 weeks. Then chill and enjoy.
