Prep Recipe ingredients and water with salts and acid

Heat Strike water

Crush Grain and Set Up Equiptment

Heat Mashout water

Heat Sparge Water

Add Chiller last 20 minutes

Sanitize: Fermenter (lid, o-ring), small piece of tubing, stopper, hose, air lock

Cool with ~6 gpm Hydra hooked up to a garden hose spigot until the wort is 10F above your chilling water temp (it should be 3 minutes with 5 gallons of wort) Switch to: 5 gallons of ice water with 12lbs of ice added

Sanatize to keg: keg, hose, auto siphon
