Brewdog333Not a hefeweizen. Looks like a good Belgian wit or Saison. How's it taste?

BeerbecueI havent brewed this one yet. Def. not a hefe. I would say “farmhouse wit”. It’s based off my I Just Don’t Know What to do Wit My Brett, which is a similar wit (no coriander and different hops) that uses Brett Trois (the sacch one) and sometimes an additional true Brett strain if I have time to keg condition. That is one I like to brew regularly.

Brewdog333Let me know. Looks amazingingly close to my Saisonic Supermoon, which came out pretty good. I'm brewing a Tangerine wit with ginger next up, and thinking of leaving out the coriander this time.....
