Special Instructions

steep grains while heating 1.25 gal water, remove at 168*F
2.
Bring to boil and add hops according to schedule
3.
Allow final hops addition to steep for 10 minutes

Pour over strainer into fermenter
5.
Mix DME with cooling water and then pour over hops etc into fermenter
6.
Pitch yeast at 70*F
