Special Instructions
1.Steep specialty grains at 69c for 45 minutes in 3L water
2.Place grain bag in a colander and rinse with 2L water at 77c
3.Add 8L of water to kettle make 13L of wort
4.Add DME and bring to boil
5.Add Magnum hops at 60 minutes
6.Add Cascade hops and LME at 15 minutes
7.Cool wort, transfer to fermenter, top up to 19L
8.Re-hydrate yeast in 100ml/10g sachet at 30 - 35c (use 2 sachets)
