Special Instructions

Mash grains at 152 F for 60 minutes. Need about 5 gallons of water for 16.25 lbs of grain

Sparge at 168F

Add dextrose 10 minutes before the end of the boil.

Chill wort to 65 F and ferment for 4 days, then allow temperature to rise to 68? F (20? C) and ferment to completion
5.
Dry hop at 3–5 days
