Special Instructions

1.
SANITIZE yo shit
2.
Fill up kettle with 2.5 Gallons of water
3.
Steep Specialty Grains @ 160 for 25 minutes
4.
Remove Grains, toss them suckas
5.
Add in the Dry Malt Extract - it gets Sticky icky ooh ooh (I suggest cutting the whole bag open and dumping it in)
6.
Stir and Stir and then Stir some more - Dry Malt Extract can clump, but just keep stirring to break it up.
7.
Bring temp up to achieve the hot break (Boil) - watch for foam as it boils, and if it gets to high up cut some of the temp down.
8.
Once hot break dissipates (foam breaks up) add in sugar
9.
START TIMER
10.
Add hops according to schedule
11.
Chill wort
12.
Transfer wort to Fermenting Vessel
13.
Pitch whole packet of Yeast, Pop airLock and Drop it - hide it in the basement or closet for two weeks.
14.
Chill for two weeks with your homies talking about your brew, and how awesome that shits gonna be
15.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
16.
Add in 5 oz of cane sugar - boil til the sugar is dissolved.
17.
Let your priming solution cool a bit, dump into the sanitized bottling bucket first.
18.
Siphon your beer to the bottling bucket on top of the priming solution - you don't want it to be splashing around.
19.
The beer being siphoned into the bottling bucket will give it a natural whirling motion which will stir the priming solution up enough - if you would like to give it a swift 2 whirls that's fine. Nothing too violent as to where you get any bubbles.
20.
Bottle accordingly
21.
Wait two weeks
22.
DRINK IT UP
