Special Instructions

1.
Add a gallong and a half of water to pot, add steeping grains.
2.
Turn on heat and bring slowly to 160 degrees
3.
Remove steeping grains, turn up heat
4.
Bring to boil and start timer for 10 minutes,
5.
at 10 mimute mark add 1st hops, boil for another 5 minutes
6.
add irish moss and set timer for another 15 minutes
7.
At flameout add lemon zest and citra hops and 1 gallong bottled water
8.
chill to 70 degrees in ice bath and transfer to fermenting bucket, pitch yeast
