Special Instructions

1.
30 litres of strike water at 85 Celsius
2.
Gypsum: 7g Magnesium Chloride: 15g Epsom Salts: 5g >split between mash and sparge water (Manchester water)
3.
Collect 35l from sparge and boil down to 29l, add Antifoam liquid and Protoflok tablet
4.
Oxygenate well, underpitch yeast and Ferment at 23 Celsius for banana esters
