Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash at 68c for 60 Minutes.

Ferment at 18c.

After 7 days dry hop.
4.
Keg and carbonate at 10psi at 5c for 7 - 10 days to mature

Drink

Make a 4ltr starter with the yeast and
7.
After a further 7 days raise temperature 1c per day until 22c.
8.
After a total of 21 days of fernetation check FG is within 1.008 and 1.012.
