Special Instructions

I toasted about 3 lbs of whatever grains were in the bag at 325 for 14 min
2.
I picked Fresh AF bendover peaches then pureed 8 of the largest. I pasteurized them at 150 for 10 min added that into secondary. It has given the beer a nice subtle tone of peach flavor kinda cobbler like.
