Notes:

I will be making this again. Opening a bottle is almost like opening a pack of twizzlers, but with a more mature twist. The basil keeps it from being one-note or overly sweet, and the subtle wheat notes in the background are so complementary. I think it could use a little more basil, but I also don't know if my measurement in this recipe is accurate to what I brewed. The strawberry bill is accurate, and that is right on the money (assuming you can find them for a dollar a pound, like I did). This beer was consumed pretty quickly, but I'm pretty sure the last bottle was the best, so maybe I'll try letting some of the next batch age for 6 months to a year.
