let ferment 72 for 3 days, bring inside and wrap let free rise 10 days

Age 30 days, keg and carb 2.5 volumes

Carb to 2.2 Volumes = 1.4 g per 16 oz bottle

Notes:

heat is completely gone, very strong but smooth and syrupy while cold, dark fruits and raison.

Carbonation is there, small dissipating head brown head, tastes of dark fruit, fig, raison and black licorice, low alcohol heat

Notes:

Brewed: 10/18 Tasted 11/8 Primary and secondary --> cold crash complete. Bottled with 120g D-180 for around 2.6-2.7v c02 Tastes of dark fruits, caramel is mellowing, heat is dissipating, gonna be good with some age!
