Brewdog333This looks like a great hefeweizen recipe if it had less hops. I do love a good hef. And it looks like MarcosKuchak is gaining on you. His ego is obviously out of control. I get the caramel wheat, but why the Torrified wheat? Let me know

brewgrerI'm alright with that, never thought of this as the top being the best brew. ha ha. I only have a 3 gallon fermenting vessel and used this to scale down. This hefe looks good. Never had williamette in a wheat beer I might brew this. I guess that torrified wheat would be for added flavor and head retention perhaps?
