Special Instructions

1.
Add 9.75 quarts water at 162°F for a 75 minute 150°F mash.
2.
Sparge with about 3 gallons 168°F water.
3.
Add extract at 10 minutes left in the boil. Add cherries at flame-out.
4.
7 day primary, 14 day secondary.
5.
Bottled with 6.5 oz Wheat DME.
