All Grain American IPA homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Flaked Oats - US, Chateau Crystal Malt, Magnum Hops, Centennial Hops, Cascade Hops, Fermentis Safale US-05 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss, Orange Zest, Mandarin Zest, Gelatin.
This recipe was cloned from Chillin IPA.
4% - Chateau Crystal Malt
Fermentis Safale US-05
Mash @ 68 C for 60 Min. First wort Hop
Boil 60 min, add zest, Irish moss and hops @ 10 min
Flameout. Chill wort to 20 C
Wort into fermenter. Add yeast & ferment @ 20 C for 5 days
Transfer to secondary, add hops and zest, ferment for 5 days
Coldcrash, add gelatin, refrigerate for 3 days
