Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 152F for 60 minutes.
2.
Mash out for 10 minutes at 170F
3.
60 minute boil, adding 0.5 - 1.0 Whirfloc tablet to kettle 10-15 minutes before the end of boil.

Add Lemondrop hops AFTER the 60 minute boil. Cool wort down to 165F, whirlpool while adding 4 oz. of hops.
5.
Ferment at 68F for 13 days
6.
Dry Hop with 2 oz of Lemondrop hops for 3 days
7.
Benchmarks: Post-boil volume - 6.04 gallons; Post-boil gravity - Actual: 1.034; Volume into the fermenter - 6.04 gallons; Final gravity - 1.010; Final keg volume: 5.0 gallons; ABV - 4.20%
