Brewer 116271Shook the starter I made from my last batch, a stout, which was a mistake because it was so carbonated that it acted like a warm coke. Sprayed everywhere. OG was a tad low but better efficiency than last batch.

Brewer 116271Three weeks in the keg. It's come along every day and is finally awesome. I'd cut the first hot addition to .5 CTZ and make it a first wort addition. Head is good, body vs hops is good. Hazy.
