NOTE: May use WLP838 for next one. NOTE: Maybe use beta hop for bittering (will use more of course) as it may be softer than Magnum. Maybe take out Saphir and save that for Pilsner and just go with HM. NOTE: NExt one use Munich (in place of Vienna) and CaraHell vs Carapils. Try to get a tad more sweet malty with a Gold color. Or, maybe use Kolsch malt. Also, condition grain before milling.
