Special Instructions

  1. Mash grains at 65C with 13.6liters strike water at 68C (2.61L/Kg).
  2. Boil rice/corn with 780g of main grain weight in cereal mash for 30min
  3. Add cereal mash back to main mash for 65C for 60 mins sacc rest
  4. Mashout 76C. Lauter / Sparge drain. 60 min boil with Saaz hops
