Special Instructions

Hot water tank, 3 gallons @ 175 degrees. Pre-Heat Mash tun cooler with 1 gallon boiling water.

Mash - 4 Gallons at 168 degrees, add Malts, stir. 160 degrees after malts added. Steep for 1 hour.

vorlauf to set gain bed until runs clear. sparge over 30 minutes until 3.5 gallons in boil kettle

Bring boil kettle to boil. Add centennial hops at 60 minutes. Will reduce to 3 gallon during boil
5.
Flame out hop into boil kettle. Transferred to fermenter through 100 micron super bag.
6.
Pitch Yeast
7.
Dry hop at 7 days.
