Add 1 oz of lemon zest 10 min before end of boil

Use 4.5 oz corn sugar for priming

Notes:

Used White Labs 029 German Ale yeast because yeast for recipe not in stock. Used full bag of seeds which ended up being 2.3 oz. Strike temp 164 with resting temp of 153. Hit 6.5 gallons exactly pre-boil. Yielded a little over 5 gallons with an OG of 1.044.
