Special Instructions

  1. Pulverise all adjuncts and add water with 450g of the mixed malt
  2. Mixture should be runny.
  3. Heat mixture to 50C, close pot, turn off fire and hold 15mins
  4. Turn on fire and heat to 65C. Flame off. Cover pot and hold 15mins.
  5. Turn on fire and boil the mini mash for 60 minutes
  6. Heat separate kettle to mash temp 64C, add remaining malt and mash
  7. Add water to mini mash to cool down to 64C.
  8. Combine mini mash with main mash for 90 minutes.
  9. Boil 90 minutes add hops after 30 mins. Chill to 20C and pitch.
