Special Instructions

1.
Mash in to ~110 degrees F
2.
Pull a thick decoction of about 1/3 of the volume
3.
Bring decoction up to ~155 degrees F and hold for 20 minutes
4.
Bring decoction to a boil and boil for 20 minutes
5.
Add decoction back to main mash
6.
Pull another thick decoction of about 1/3 the volume
7.
Bring decoction to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes before adding back to the main mash.
8.
Add boiling water and direct heat to approx 155 degrees F.
9.
Put into an insulated cooler with hot water bath overnight before normal sparge and boil in the morning.
