Special Instructions

  1. Heat 4.5 Gallons of water for HLT to 190 degrees
  2. Heat 5 Gallons of water to 169 degrees
  3. Mash grains in 5 Gallons of water @ 156 degrees for 60 mins.
  4. Check Mash PH @ 30 mins and iodine test
  5. Sparge using HLT water
  6. Check Pre boil gravity
  7. Add 3.3lb of wheat LME Muntons
  8. Bring to boil
  9. Alexa timer 30 mins / 70 mins / 80 mins / 85 mins / 90 mins
  10. 15 mins - .6 oz Norther Brewer 2tsp gypsum
  11. last 10 mins - 2tsp gypsum / whirlfloc / yeast nutrient / anti-foam / Wort Chiller /
  12. Chill wort to 80 degrees
  13. Check Post boil gravity
  14. Add wort to fermentor
  15. Pitch yeast
  16. Oxygen at 2PSI for 1 minute
