  2. will use either munich or special B for some color and flavor
  3. Used .35 oz bitter orange peel and .22 grams grains of paradise in 2.5 gallon boil
  4. pitched yeast at 72 degrees, it dropped to 64 after a day moved into warm spot back to 72 , slowing after four days 5/27/18 was brew day
