Added 1oz after cooling water. Was at 120, and it's below as the flameout addition. All. Went super smooth. Oh crap I did way too much hops. Day and a half in and out blew out hard. Way too bitter. Tastes like mediocre home brew. 2 in a row are weird, I'm gonna blame the thermometer for now. OG 7.9 Ph (not measured) FG 3.8 Pitch 5/24 11p DH1 5/27 11p DH2 5/28 11p Keg 5/29 11p
