Special Instructions

1.
Steep flaked wheat for 20-30 min
2.
Add Pilsner and Wheat DE and bring to a boil
3.
Add Mosaic hops and boil for 60 min
4.
Add honey and sweet orange peel at flameout
5.
Add blueberries and blackberries to secondary (I used frozen and pulsed in a sanitaized blender to break up and put in hop bag)
