Notes:
Transfer to DH3K on 5/15. BRIX 7.7 read on refractometer, estimated FG 1.0136 and 5.8% ABV.

Notes:
After second boil on 5/8, OG 1.062 / BRIX 15.2 with 5 gal yield. pH of roughly 3.4. There was another small boil-over during second boil, and there was roughly 1/3 to 1/2 gal lost to whirlpool hops, which were dumped into wort without any filtering.
