Special Instructions

  1. Using 2.2 kg hopped extract from SPL Ltd. (The Range)
  2. 1kg own home made extract used
  3. Own extract boiled then when at 80c Mosaic and Citra added
  4. Made as direcetd then own hopped extracted added
  5. Made up to 5 gals with cold water.
  6. Dextrose added after mixing with 1lt wort
  7. Yeast added at 24C SG 1.046
  8. 3 days later racked at SG 1.018 and dry hop'd with 1st 2 hops
  9. Racked off first hops 3 days later ( SG1.012)
  10. Second dry hops, Citra and Simcoe, added
  11. Cold Crashed on 1st May 2018, 8 days after brewing
  12. Bottled 2 days later SG 1.00 with 65 gms Dex.
