Bottled on 5/5, so 12 days old. Good balance of initial bitterness followed by some fruit and "juicy" qualities from the hops. Maybe a tad on the sweet side so I would probably drop the honey malt down slightly and replace with 2-row. This is my first good IPA that I have made and will make this recipe (with the modification) again.
