Special Instructions

  1. I would use 60-70 g of ecological orange peel
  2. Make 1,5 liter starter
  3. Oxygenate well
  4. Ferment for 14 - 16 days @ 18-20 C
  5. High carbonation, 7-8 g/l sugar or 45 psi/4 degrees C for 24 hours if you keg (but this beer really should be carbonated naturally)
