3g Gypsum, 6g Epsom, 4g Table Salt, 9g CaCl, and 2g MgCl to get to 81.3 Ca, 21.4 Mg, 40.6 Na, 192.6 Cl, 103.5 SO

Notes:

Brewed 4/25 - OG 1.085, BRIX 20.43 with 4.5 gal yield (estimated 8.0% final ABV). There was a minor boil-over, but we came in 1 gal lower than planned despite boiling for the planned amount of time. With the output, we saw 68% efficiency. Adding water to 5 gal would yield 1.076 OG / 7.2% ABV, and adding to 5.5 gal would yield 1.069 OG / 6.5% ABV. After boil, temp dropped rapidly to 120*, so we added whirlpool addition (in cage) and started heating. We cut off heat at 150*.

Schedule: 4/22 make starter. 4/25 brew. 4/27 add Citra biotrans. 4/28 add Amarillo biotrans. 5/3 transfer to DH3K on Amarillo/Mosaic. 5/4 start crash. 5/6 transfer to serving keg, start carb. 5/12 serve.
