Special Instructions

1.
rehydrate us05 yeast into 125ml water @ 25°c
2.
boil 3 litr water and add 25g of galaxy hops
3.
set timer for 10mins, then turn off the heat, and add the next 25g of galaxy hops
4.
add dry fermentables into the fermenter
5.
strain off the hop soup into the fermenter, stiring the dry ingredients well
6.
add the extract tin to the fermenter, stiring in well
7.
add 20 ltr of cold water to the ferment to the 23ltr mark, stiring well
8.
check the OG reading
9.
add the reydrated US05 yeast to the fermenter
10.
put into the fermenter fridge for 8 days @18°c
