All Grain American Porter homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Maris Otter Pale - UK, Munich - 60L - US, Caramel/Crystal 40 - US, Chocolate Malt - US, Black Patent Malt - UK, Flaked Barley - US, Maple Syrup - US, East Kent Goldings Hops, Cascade Hops, Wyeast London Ale III 1318 Homebrew Yeast.
this is pretty good.. was hoping for exceptional.. went a little nuts with the grain bill.. after adding the maple syrup the OG skyrocketed to 1.105. The 10% ABV is a bit much for my liking.. 8% would have let some more of the flavors come through. Definitely pushed the envelope here..
