This is my all grain version of the Bastard Step Son Extract kit. I combine the ingredients from my homemade root beer with an English stout.

Special Instructions

1.
Add 1 oz Sassafras root bark with steeping grains for Last 20 min of mash

Add .5 oz Sassafras root bark at beginning of boil
3.
Add .5 Sassafras root bark, 1 oz Wild Cherry bark, 1 oz Licorice, .5 oz Sarsaparilla root for Last 20 Minutes of boil
4.
At secondary ferment add 2 oz wintergreen, 5 vanilla beans (split), and .5 oz sassafras
