This is a Peroni Azzurro clone, 5.1% Alcohol and 23.9 IBU like the orginal. 25% Corn gives u a fantastic round & sweet taste. The amount of hops is little, but it gives a clean taste. Saaz hops is used in bigger amount when u brewing the "Red Lable" version of Peroni, so u can add more of it if u want a more domination of the Saaz Hops. If u do so, u give the beer a little more caracter in taste. That said, back to this one the peroni azzurro Clone. If u like Peroni Azzurro, this is the one to brew. Saflager Fermentis is perfect for this one, I use 2 X of it at 28 Liters. 3 weeks at 12C & 3 days at 16-18C before i bottle. The Beer is fantastic to drink when eating Pizza og Pasta. A real Italian Beer that gonna make u smile.
