Notes:

Much better with the refined grain bill and added hops I used the big 3 C hops...next batch I am going to try sticking with one of them but upping the complexity of the Hop character.

Notes:

My very first own recipe brew. I really liked this beer but it was basically a hoppy porter. It was suggested to me to add Carafa 3 to the grain bill along with the Midnight. Going to try another batch soon without the carafa 3. This beer was so dark you could not see light through it in a glass. I think i am going to up the dry hop amount too.
