Notes:

(56 days post brew 33 post bottle)Yeah this one is awesome. Could experiment with different hops next time but I would drink this any day. The honey is the star of this show and it rocks.

WhiteHausBrews

Tasted on 5/5/2018 by WhiteHausBrews

Notes:

(41 days post brew, 28 days post bottle) Brought a 6 pack to my neighbors to drink while brewing my next batch. Not sure if it was the atmosphere or the beer but this hit the spot perfectly. Neighbors loved it as much as I did. Sweet, smooth, honey goodness!

WhiteHausBrews

Tasted on 4/24/2018 by WhiteHausBrews

Notes:

(30 days post brew, 17 days post bottle) Very happy with how this turned out! Great compliments from friends too. I can't say that it is so exceptional I would never experiment with the recipe, but I will enjoy every last bottle of this batch :-)

WhiteHausBrews

Tasted on 4/14/2018 by WhiteHausBrews

Notes:

(20 days post brew, 7 days post bottling) Popped the top on the first 2 bottles on my birthday. Tasted great! Already pretty well carbonated. Hint of honey and sweetness without being overpowering. Slight honey aroma. Will likely get even better with some more time but I couldn't resist trying one.
