This is a variation of the Irish Red Ale I was attempting to make. Due to certain.... "complications" I had to change the recipe a bit and change the brewing process. Top that off with one crucial mistake and we have a beer that may or may not be a sort of IPA. Mix of Elephant Joy and an Irish Red. :)

This recipe was cloned from Starmans Irish Red.
