Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 146 F for 30 min. Vorlauf and heat first runnings to 158 F. Pour back into mash tun for a target temp of 156 F and mash for 30 min.
2.
Vorlauf and take first runnings. Batch sparge with 170 F water and take second runnings for a full volume boil of 4.5 Gallons.
3.
Add 2 packs of yeast or make yeast starter
4.
Ferment at 67 F. For 7 days. Rack to secondary and dry hop for 3 days
