  1. 90 min boil
  2. add bittering hops at 90 and at 60
  3. immersion cooler at 15
  4. drain to fermenter at 70 deg
  5. aerate and pitch yeast
  6. ferment for 14 days at 65 deg.
  7. rack to keg and carbonate at 2 - 2.5
