Notes: Upping boil hops but doing shorter, plus doing all CTZ kettle hops, upping specialty malt, upping dry hop. Blow off really bad at 4/11 9a. Still bubbling with a K on 4/13 9a. Dry hopped while yeast was still a bit active. Going forever. Not sure what's up. DH1 dropped in a day, did a second after tasting. Loral gave a lemony thing. OG/pH: 7.9 FG: 4.4 Pitch: 4/9 9p DH: 4/14 9a DH2: 4/15 Noon Keg: 4/16 9p Review:
