Notes:

Golden naked oats were not a good complement in this beer. The malt base was really too built up for this particular hop pairing, the original something SIPA was much better. Not to say this was bad, but it tasted more like a malty pale ale than a new england style session. Do not adjust water for the session beers anymore and do not use Vermont Ale for beers that don't need help on the fruitiness. I should've used Juice, London Ale III, or something even more neutral.
