Notes: First C60. Mash pH must have been low given what it was after boil. Observe this and whether it will influence attenuation. It didn't impact mash efficiency which is pretty much 59% for every beer like this. Firsy dry hop fell in 12hr, and aroma was somewhat lacking. Added second dry hop. Partial Boil Process 1. Mash with 2 gallons of water, and 1g Gyps, 1g CaCl 2. Bring to a boil, add hops and 2g Gyps, 2g Eps, 2g CaCl 3. After boil add 2 gallons of cold water OG/pH: 7.8, 5.06 (after chill) FG/pH: 4.2 Pitch: 3/5 9p DH: 3/8 9p DH: 3/10 9a Keg: 3/11 9a Review: Hazy yellow, best nose of any beer I've made in RI. Great galaxy character. Light body, balanced, clean. Somewhat underwhelming after the great aroma, but crushable to the end of the keg.
