Special Instructions

  1. Use RO distilled water and add minerals prior to mash
  2. Adjust mash PH to 5.2 with Lactic Acid 88%
  3. Add half of flameout hops immediately after boil and stand for 10 mins before cooling
  4. Add remaining flameout hops at 165F and let stand for 15 mins
