Special Instructions

1.
Heat water to 172 - 174 for strike temp, mash for 60 mins.
2.
Add in specialty grains (barly & chocolate) after Vorlauf, but before sparging
3.
Sparg with 2.5 gallons of water @ 165 degrees. slowly pour it over grain.
4.
Bring wort to a boil
5.
Add in .5OZ of Nugget and boil for 50 mins.
6.
With 10 mins left to flame out add in Brewers Gold.
