Thanks to Larry's Beer & BBQ for the recipe and instructional video - Check him out on YouTube. This was my first all grain brew session, and the beer was a big step up in flavor and aroma from extract. This was well liked by all. Other recipes substitute US-05 dry yeast and seem to have good success. I didn't dry hop, but left everything else the same and it turned out fantastic.

Notes:

This one turned out great. I skipped the dry hops for this round, but i'll give it a try next time as I don't think a little more citra would overpower the aroma. Poured from a keg, the initial nose is pure citrus, but it calms as the head fades away. It's easy to drink, and a very likable beer for a larger gathering.

I skipped the dry hop as i didn't have space in the small secondary, and it turned out fantastic. This is the most well received beer I've made by the overall drinking crowd.
